  • Calculate delivery or pickup options.

Location information is collected only after you grant permission and can be disabled at any time through your device settings.

Uploaded Documents and Media

You may upload documents, PDFs, images, or other files for printing or photocopying.

These files are used solely to:

  • Process your printing requests.

  • Deliver the requested services.

  • Communicate with your selected printing agent.

Chat Information

BPN provides messaging between customers and selected printing agents.

We may store:

  • Text messages

  • Voice messages

  • Shared images

  • Shared documents

Chat content is accessible only to:

  • The customer participating in the conversation.

  • The selected printing agent.

  • Authorized BPN administrators when necessary for customer support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security purposes.

Device and Technical Information

We may automatically collect technical information including:

  • Device model

  • Android version

  • App version

  • Device identifiers

  • IP address (where applicable)

  • Crash reports

  • Diagnostic information

  • Performance analytics

Notifications

With your permission, BPN may send notifications regarding:

  • New bids

  • Order updates

  • Payment status

  • Chat messages

  • Delivery or pickup updates

  • Important service announcements

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process printing and photocopy requests.

  • Enable messaging between customers and agents.

3. Document and Chat Access

Your uploaded documents, images, and chat content are accessible only by:

  • You (the customer)

  • The selected printing agent responsible for fulfilling your order

  • Authorized BPN administrators when necessary for customer support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or maintaining the security of our services

We do not share your documents or chat content with unrelated printing agents or third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded documents, images, voice messages, and other chat media are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services.

Unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve an active dispute, uploaded documents and chat media are permanently deleted from our active servers within 48 hours after the associated order is completed, cancelled, or otherwise closed.

Some account information, order records, and transaction history may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes as permitted by applicable law.

5. Payments

BPN acts as an intermediary between customers and printing agents.

  • Customers submit payment to the official BPN account when placing an order.

  • Payments are securely held until the order has been successfully completed.

  • After successful completion and confirmation of the order, BPN transfers the appropriate payment to the selected printing agent, after deducting any applicable service charges or platform fees.

BPN does not intentionally collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as:

  • Debit card numbers

  • Credit card numbers

  • CVV codes

  • Banking PINs

6. Permissions

To provide its features, BPN may request access to:

  • Storage or Photos/Media to upload documents and images.

  • Location to find nearby printing agents.

  • Notifications to receive order and chat updates.

  • Microphone to record and send voice messages.

Permissions are requested only when required for specific features.

You may deny or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features may not function properly if the required permissions are disabled.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information.

These measures include secure cloud infrastructure, authenticated access controls, encrypted network communications where applicable, and security monitoring.

Although we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

BPN is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

  • Firebase Authentication

  • Cloud Firestore

  • Cloud Storage

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Google Play Services

Google handles such information in accordance with its own privacy and security standards.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, marketing companies, or unrelated third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
